Divine Treasures, a store on Main Street in Georgetown, TX licensed one of my images for their Christmas T-Shirt.
I donate an oil painting to Williamson County Museum each year. This is me standing with the painting I donated in 2016.
I could not be the artist I am without the support and help of my family.
I love to teach.

BusPaintings are 5x7 paintings I paint each day 4 U.

In 2007 my husband graduated from Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary and became the Pastor at Leander Presbyterian Church, a small rural community congregation embraced us as if they had been expecting us. It was a dream come true for my husband and I. But, I no longer had time to paint daily as I had for over 35 years. My job at The University of Texas at Austin, Texas required a 1 1/2 hour commute daily on an express bus. So I found the lemons to make the lemonade by inventing a travel lap-palette. With the palette a water brush and 5x7 sheets of 140lb Fabriano, Artistico 100% Cotton watercolor paper I began painting each day on the bus. This truly proved to be the greatest gift I have ever experienced. These paintings are a result of that joy.
